There are plenty of people searching online for the Age of Empires 4 game. In fact a little over 70 thousand searches for age of empires 4 are done every single month!
The game is not yet here, as far as I know there has been no mention that a game called age of empires 4 will ever be made. I think it will be a real shame if it is not made.

It looks like interest in An Age Of Empires 4 is growing and quite quickly. I have done a number of searches online and found a website that believes the game Age of Empires 4 will indeed be put into production. Not quite sure how true that is as I have not yet found anything official suggesting this is the case.
Not sure you will remember the time that Microsoft had a forum totally dedicate to age of empires 4 meeting up with other live players to engage in warfare, if I remember well they had a competition Ladder for the best players.
Such a shame they closed that, Id pay around £12 a year to have access to a forum like that for meeting other players for a game of age of empires. 4 all us hardened gamers for this kind of game £12 is nothing.
I would like to see age of empires 4 on bigger maps,and played in a different way completely. Maybe using a Game engine like Grand Theft Auto could work really well for any future age of empires 4.

So what do you think about age of empires 4 using the Grand Theft Auto type scenes. but players in the age of empires 4 will be say building new york city from scratch, mining gold and building troops in a first person type view, just like Grand Theft Auto
ReplyDeleteLike the Idea, I reckon if age of empires 4 was made in this way it would appeal to a wider spectrum of players. For me if age of empires 4 was ever to be made i would like to see it going into space. Maybe A Battle for Space. :-)and the planets.

i personally want it to be a game (still on the planet) with better graphics and new civilizations(like American ,Mexican,the newer countries) in age3 you can play as America only in campaign. And it be modern day (with machine guns,solders with gernades and guns and planes,) and for the other items like Factories that can built be citizens not villagers, And mabe there be a day and night.Thats just my thoughts
ReplyDeleteI would really like it if the new game used the same graphics used in Age of Empires 3 while keeping the same essence, settings, and core ideas of Age of Empires 2. Of course it would also make the game even better if more civilizations were added, maps became larger and more sophisticated, and more ages were included in addition to the original Feudal Age, Castle Age, Imperial Age, and Industrial Age, such as Modern Age and Future Age for example.
